Mechanic liens are easy for contractors to put on a property to muscle payment from a property owner - Novar knows the  Lien Law and can put the contractor to the test; Is the amount claimed legitimate ? Can the owner force a resolution ?  Can the owner get his attonrys fees paid back ? There are many tools in the Lien Law for the property owner and Novar can take advantage of them to have liens discharged and even get damages from unethical contractors.
